At the WWDC 2015, Apple announced that they hope to launch iOS 8.4 final on June 30th. They plan to release their new tool just after the iOS 8.4 public release. Few days early at Mobile Security Conference (MOSEC) in Shanghai, team Pangu well demoed upcoming iOS 8.3 jailbreak. I had an issue with an error saying a driver wasn't installed but there's a fix for this if you get it to - you need to download iTunes 12.1.2 for older video cards, which you can grab from here.
